For dinner, I just made an AMAZING stir fry with broccoli, asparagus, and mushrooms. Added some soy sauce, WF BBQ dressing, cumin, pepper, and a couple drops of lemon juice... It is soooo good. I put in 5 cups of veggies so I would have some leftovers, but when it was all said and done it turned my 5 cups of veggies into just about 2

How does everyone measure? Pre cooked or cooked? Cuz I would be more than willing to finish the rest of these veggies... only have had 1.5 cups today prior to this anyway.

I always measure pre-cooked.

thanks hgamroth - me too. So because it was about 2 cups afterwards, I split it in half and called my veggies good for the day.

I think the biggest issue was broccoli gets sooo small when cooked. but uncooked and even chopped, i only get about 5 or 6 little trees in the cup!
