Default ******* An Attitude of Gratitude - DECEMBER ********

No matter what is happening in our lives... good things or not so good things - there are always things for which we can be grateful. Knowing this helps put life in perspective. It feels so good to acknowledge gratitudes. Studies show that doing this makes you feel good -and, also, you'll have a more positive outlook.

Please feel free to join in.

- our little Maya fell down her basement steps. Long story short - she is OK. I am so, so grateful.

- Shirley is home from the hospital. She needs to heal and then she'll feel so much better.

- yesterday was mostly healthy - up until bedtime.

- finally figured some things about my new word processor - and I emailed the invoice to one of my schools. (along with getting the accurate email address, finally)

- DH fixed the plumbing in the front bathroom.

- my friends, my family, YOU ALL, fb, iternet, cell, music

- my shopping for Maya & Alex is done via the internet

- Friend Brent (52) died peacefully of lung cancer today, he wasn't taken quickly and everyone had a chance to say good-bye
- Went for a massage and the robe fit better than it ever has before
- Tons of snow to shovel. Positive....hmm, yes - shovelling is good exercise and the nice light snow will make wonderful fluff for my favourite activity xcountry skiing!!
- Husband and kids happy and healthy, house full of love.
