Haven't posted here in a long time, but planning on jumping on the weight loss wagon now. currently breast feeding my 9 month old so I might be a little slow at weight loss till I ween him in 3 or so months. My old ticker said I was at 249 I'm now at 240 so I maintained what I had lost plus a few more
My dad had heart bypass a year ago and it really scared me into getting control of my health. Hoping to get to 140 but for now I'm focusing on getting below 200
