Has anyone had any cravings since having the surgery? I find that dinner is the hardest time for me. It's a mental craving for sure because I'm not hungry at all. I have had major cravings for a Wendy's burger or spaghetti lol. It's so weird!

I'm now 5 weeks after my surgery and haven't got any cravings yet. Except two days before my period...I was hungry all the time..couldn't eat but was still hungry lol

Oh I'm not hungry at all, it's a mental craving cause I crave it in my head & not my stomach. But that was right before my Tom so maybe that was why.

i think what you're describing sounds like 'head hunger.' and it's NOT easy!!! that little voice that's been operating our entire lives, the one that says, 'hmmm. i'd like to have ... now.' and then won't STOP. this is the time to start with breaking habits. substituting gum or tea or knitting or walking or ANYTHING.

wow this is very interesting. Ive never really heard of some one having these types of "cravings" I will definitely have to research it more.
