Default Hi Newbie Here!

Hi All i found this site through googling something else (some thing along the lines of having facial wrinkles lol ) - long story :/
Anyway im actually starting my diet tomorrow and thinking that having support along the way would actually be a big help!
I have a small goal for now
to lose 10lbs to 12lbs by xmas
Im intending to kick of the easy way with ultra slim - (slimfast alternative)
30 - 40mins of treadmill a day and a healthy meal.
Looking forward to meeting you all and following you on your journeys. I'm 196lbs at the min and hoping to get to 187 by xmas would you say this was doable? xx

Hi there LadyMuck and welcome to 3fc!

It's taken me ages to say hello because I seem to have recently let life get in the way of my goal again, which I really REALLY need to work out how not to do!

Anyway I'm back again, hoping to this time reach my goal and work out all about how maintainance works, that I cannot wait for!

Good luck on your journey, and please keep us up to date with how you're getting on, hopefully things will soon liven up around here again

Hi

I'm starting once again tomorrow. I have a similar target, to loose a stone by New Year so if you'd like to buddy up I'd be more than happy to.

Hi welcome you could always try the Atkins diet that's good for a big weight loss in a short amount of time, you should easily be able to loose 10lb before Xmas, best of luck
