I was on this program and on this board in the past..Tried a couple other diets since then and they were just that, radical diets..

SO, I'm just gonna jump back in with both feet and hang on with my fellow forum members!

I look forward to getting to know you all as we work through this process of a healthier lifestyle together!

I did have one question. When people sign up nowadays, are they still doing the '10 day bootcamp' with one menu from 1-4, then 5-10? I have my green menu, but can't find those other two. I asked my friend who has been sucessfully maintaning and she had no idea what I was talking about!

I think it depends on the center. The one I'm at in Jacksonville, Fl if you are over 200 lbs. then no under 200 lbs. yes. Others on the board were told the opposite.

Huh, weird.. Kinda glad I couldn't find them though! I remember when I went into the center my first weigh in on it. I told the guy "I'm starving" his reply was "children in Africa are starving, your not starving"

OMG, how did you reply to his statement? I just started the plan a couple weeks ago in Columbus, Georgia. The girls there are AMAZINGLY supportive.

I'm pretty sure I just sat there and had some nasty comments running through my head! It's wonderful when you have a supportive group to work with at the center. I remember one day I was struggling and one of the workers actually showed me her before picture! She carried it around with her to keep her motivated also!

I just have one menu left and I restarted a few days ago with the green one i think i'm doing it out of memory i'll find the menu and let u know

I never heard of the 10 day bootcamp... I live in savannah and the one here when i started i weighed 236 and they put me on the cream color food sheet. Then they forgot to put me on the yellow, blue and green sheet once I had gotten under 200 pounds they didn't do it until i had gotten down to 161. So I guess thats why my body had slowed down on losing weight for two months. I think Im going to get back on it this month on the 15th of this month. I think every center is different just like they went up on the price for those drinks and I'll just get my from off nutmegnutrtion since dietdriect went up on thier price as well

I live outside Portland Oregon and the center I'm going to is doing the 1-4 day (yellow) very restrictive menu. Day 5-10 another menu, then a menu for the rest of the program.

I was really not prepared with my "social" calendar to do the restrictive menu for the next few days. I wish they would have prepped me a bit more on what to expect on this program. I think my counselor is a bit on the newer side and reading from script mostly. She's nice - no starving children in Africa comments from her!
