Starting Date of Weightloss Journey: It's been a long time

Starting Weight: 220 (highest weight of pregnancy)

Present Weight: 193 ish

Goal Weight: 150 - but have no idea of what is a healthy weight for me so we shall see

Biggest hurdle to overcome in weightloss: sweets and overeating

Following any specific plan: more protein, less carbs and sugar

What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: I'm doing it for Colton, too - I'm breastfeeding
