Left over Eggplant pizza bites, lettuce/onion/tomato salad with ground beef
I did exercise at 10:30 today, went on treadmill for 10 min, elliptical for 20 min, did stretching which included lunges with 10lbs weights, and crunches with 8lbs weights, yogaball crunches and a few yoga poses to finish
P2- a lot of snacking today as well. Not many full "meals"
S: Cup of coffee w/milk
B: Two egg omelette w/ one slice ww bread, 1/2 slice of cheese and coffee w/ milk
S: Apple
S: 10 cashews
L: Greek yogurt w/ 1 banana, 1 tiny pear, flaxmeal, 1/2 tbsp almond butter
S: Coffee w/ milk and a square of dark chocolate
S: Carrots, celery, and cucumbers
D: Pork tenderloin with steamed veggies and 1/2 slice of edam cheese
Ok, I admit it... I was bad today, I have a few pieces of Halloween candy, 3 little bars to be exact. They have been staring at me for days and I finally caved.... ahwell, hopefully there are lots of kids tomorrow and all the candy will be given away.... on with my day.
