Default Boots!

^^ I love these boots. My heart desires these boots, and I because I am an employee I can at -least- get them 20% off, if not more with a coupon, if not even more because extra employee discount days are coming up next month. However, I am so scared that they're not gonna fit my 17" calves. Should these particular boots not work and although I wouldn't get my discounts anywhere else, does anybody know where I could find a similar boot in a wide calf?

I tried on a pair just like that... well, I tried to-they would not go on. my calfs are 16 now, probably a little bigger back then. I find that if they don't unzip especially, they really aren't going to go on. but each show is different - they could fit !

I noticed tj maxx has a lot of boots right now. granted, they aren't that cheap - I bought a pair recently that we're $60.. but I had to have them. they don't ip or anything, but the calf portion is wool or something.

maybe you could look for something like that? otherwise I would suggest looking at some wide calf boots.

www.roamans.com they have a great selection of wide calf boots. I bought a pair almost two years ago (and I weighed about 20 pounds more then). I am bottom heavy and my calves are large.

Penning tons in Canada now has wide calf boots that are very cute. I've spent a ton on shoes lately because my feet were so swollen at my heaviest that I was wearing 12s when what I needed was a wide 10!
