I'm in the same boat... just started Atkins again this week (on day 4 now). Last time I did it wrong. I ate mostly processed meats and string cheese, and no veggies. Now I'm doing it better... like I can eat an entire bag of romaine lettuce for about 3-4 net carbs. A whole bag! That's a good two salads per day, which is really healthy. Good luck!
