B: 1/2 cup oats, 1/2 cup skim milk, 1 small banana, 1 tbsp almond butter, cinnamon and coffee w/ milk.
L1: Veggie Soup
L2: Two eggs with 2 small ezekiel sprouted grain tortillas, cheese and coffee w/ milk
S: Small piece of dark chocolate + Coffee w/ milk
D: Subway steak and cheese salad with no dressing.
S: 1/4 of a banana with a tiny smidge of almond butter
S: Chamomile Tea
Exercise: 45 minutes of spinning + 45 minutes of zumba + 1 hour of spinning and body pump
