I have been using the Atkins already made shakes that I have found at Walmart as meal replacements for lunch and eat a sensible dinner and breakfast. I was wondering if anyone else has used the Atkins shakes for meal replacement and if so have you lost weight? The slim fast meal replacement shakes just have too much sugar and I like the taste of the Atkins shakes a whole lot better to be able to get myself to stick to eating better.

I have had both. I compared both atkins and low carb slimfast, and the low carb slimfast has more nutrition percentages and more protein. Low carb slimfast has 20 grams of protein where Atkins has 15 grams.

Slimfast (low carb) is 2 grams of sugar, Atkins is 1 gram of sugar so for me, I don't mind the 1 gram difference. Anyway, you can lose weight on both as long as you eat properly and have a calorie deficit, but overall in my opinion, I like the low carb Slimfast way better due to the nutritional differences. And I think it tastes better too. (I love the Vanilla).

I have not seen the low carb slim fast before, or maybe I just have not looked hard enough. That is something that I will look into, thank you.

Same here I would love to find the low carb slimfast. I use the Atikins not bad but would still love to find them & compare cost also I love a bargain .

I also would like to find the Low carb slimfast.
Right now i am using the powdered chocolate royale that you mix with skim milk. I have noticed it does have aslot of carbs . that would be great if i can find some. i live in New Hampshire and not sure if walmart carries it here..

This link happens to be for the chocolate, but there is also vanilla. I can tell you also that walmart has low carb slim fast you can order online.

The above is for the ready made drinks prepackaged.

There is a high protein powder form, though the powder is considered low carb per their site, it has way more carbs than the premixed ones so I don't recommend that one. I only recommend the premixed ones.
