I am officially down 90 pounds
woohoo! But now I want to loose that last pounds at least 10 but more likely 20 pounds. I have been in the 140's since late July so this last 10pounds have taken much longer to loose, but it still came off. I am wondering for those that got down to their goal weight did you have to change anything to get those last stubborn pounds off?
My WOE is low carb, I keep my carbs under 25g/day. I have not focused on calories as much but I am thinking that I may need to do calorie counting as well. I will not go back to eating white flour, sugar or starchy foods, not coming back into this house ever, lol.
Anyway, my question is did you find that you needed to change things up to loose those last pounds? Oh and I do plan on adding some weight lifting to my routine, but will have to wait till my son is done with football(not enough time in the day between work and 5 day a week practices that I have to be at)
