Well apparently I stayed the same and gained a pound or so in September. Hoping October will go better. It's hard - everyone I know has a birthday this month and "the holidays" are starting and I have so many social plans already.
My goals are to keep lifting 3x/week and be in shape for a 10K Thanksgiving Turkey Trot. Ironically my best runs are always when I expect them to be terrible, so maybe I won't train. :P

Alright, I am joining in on this because I have been really on and off since our big family vacation in July, and now I am trying to get serious again.
I don't know if anyone else wants to, but I am going to track inches too. Sometimes we can see differences there so it is a little more encouraging! I'm not going to measure every day, but maybe every week or 2 weeks? Anyway...

Bust: 32
Ribcage: 27
Waist: 24.5
Hip Bones: 31
Hips: 35
Thighs (at fullest part): 20
I know that is a lot but I figure if I have improvement anywhere I will feel good!
I did quite well in September and am now dealing with slower loss. Hopefully I'll get to my goal of 114 but I'm more focussing on working on my fitness.
