Hey Dolores!
I suppose I am on" eat less do more" to put it simply. In the beginning I was doing 1 or 2 Slimfast days a week which I found easy but they...um...turned my bowels to concrete so I just calorie count with a little book. I have at least 1 day every 2 weeks where for some reason I am really hungry so I relax the rules ( one of the girls on here calls it calorie cycling!) It has been pretty much a steady loss over the 5 months I have been doing it but when you are as heavy as I was when I started you obviously lose weight much more quickly.
I don't drink so that REALLY helps!
Good luck with your weight loss...what are you following?
Thanks for the praise guys!!!
