Default Like buffalo sauce? You're gonna like me.

Mix franks red hot sauce and a light ceasar dressing (I use Renee's) in a 1:2 ratio (that is, 2 parts ceasars and 1 part hot sauce) Delicious buffalo dressing, 23 calories and 3G of fat per tablespoon.

I just made buffalo Cajun turkey burgers (used cajun shake n bake instead of bread crumbs for binding) for my fiancé and I and he couldn't even tell it was healthy! He expressed concern for the richness of our meal! (the whole meal with cheese n bacon came to 630 calories)

That sounds amazing!!!! I'm going to have to try it for sure. Oh and Frank's is the only hot sauce I use for my dishes!

I'll keep this in mind as I really like a chicken buffalo wrap with cabbage and pickles. Yum!

I'll have to search out Frank's as I don't even know if it's sold in my part of the country. We have only kept all the varieties of Cholula in the house for several years now.

I do something similar by mixing Franks (and usually a little Sriracha) with low fat blue cheese dressing.

I make buffalo chicken pizzas or wraps with that as the base.

OMG, I freaking love Frank's! Great idea KatBot! Bonus with Frank's is the capiscum from the cayenne makes you feel fuller FASTER. I load it on pizza especially so I will stop when I've had enough (as opposed to gorging myself on it's cheesy goodness. Pizza is my downfall, rarely any moderation there!).
