nancylmrn Yes I do the flex points stuff and not ww online. It works for me and lets me eat good or bad as long as I count and journal. But I do tend to make better food choices and try to include more veggies in my diet.]

So you use the paper journal still? I have an app on my iphone that uses the flex points. I haven't looked at it in forever. But I have started counting my fruit also. In the flex program, how did you add AP for steps walk/jogged?
