Hello ladies! Can I join?
I realized yesterday, that if I just walked 3 miles a day for the next 365 days, I'll reach my goal by doing that alone! It really put things in perspective - weight loss is really, really doable!
So as the school starts over and I'll be quite sedentary, I've decided to make a point to walk at least three miles a day, sometimes outside, but when the bad weather strikes (or if I'm just lazy to dress up) Leslie comes to the rescue!
As it's Monday and it's the start of the new month, today was my first day
