Default Gah!

I just realized something; just 6-7 months ago, I weighed 240lbs. I now weigh 187. That really wasn't that long ago, and now I'm like a completely different person. I feel that way, anyway. That's really crazy! It's hard to believe how far I've come in such a short amount of time, especially when I never thought I could do that before. CRAZY!

It is awesome! I have not lost as much weight in that same amount of time, but I am back to feeling more like me and I feel like "wow that went by fast!" All the books (well not all) say "six months is going to happen no matter what, so use it to lose weight and get stronger" and they are right

on your accomplishment!

Congratulations! Isn't it strange how that hits you sometimes? I realized last week that my hip measurement was the same as my waist measurement when I started. That sort of blew my mind and really drove home to me that even though I get frustrated and feel like my losses are slow, I really have changed a great deal.
