Question Day 3 of yellow menu~~not hungry

Day 3 of yellow menu and I am barley hunger to even eat. I know i need to eat so I eat at least the protein, then nibble on veggies. Is this ok or do I HAVE to eat everything?

I can't speak to your program, but I can tell you this is a normal reaction to a calorie-restrictive diet. For many people, the lack of hunger will last one or a few weeks, and usually your appetite returns. If you were a calorie counter, I would suggest you eat as much as you possibly can- don't go under your goal amount too much. Otherwise you might find your appetite comes back stronger than it would normally. This has been the case for me in the past, and I've heard others describe it as well.

Hi! I went through the same thing on the yellow & blue menu's. They say yes you must eat everything... Now that I am on the beige menu and using the cookbook I don't have that problem as the recipes are sooo yummy!

***Update***

The beige menu did turn out to be too much food after all and I did not lose any weight during the week and a half I was on it. So they switched me to the green menu and now I'm losing again and not as full after eating!
