Default My take on Chicken Curry soup! And IP blog

Hi IP'ers

Us guys can cook too. Especially if it's easy
Just kidding - though it is easy!
Great for those crockpots / slow-cookers

Here is my take *modified* from my mom's recipe. This makes 16oz of chicken with 4 cups of veggies that you split in 1/2 for 2 meals.
It is easy to make and can cook while your at work.

He's getting good in the kitchen! (As said by a proud momma!)
Three of us doing it together in the family. It helps to have the support.

Enjoyed checking out your blog. What is it with guys and Star Wars? My friend still has star wars sheets on his bed... (Not that there's anything wrong with that....

I am awed when people take pics of their recipes -- must take a lot of time-- but it sure is enjoyable as the reader. Thanks for sharing

Cool

Well I am more into meditation with a bit of quantum physics mixed in side of things. It keeps me sane. The picts didn't take too much time. Just did it after it was cooking.

wanted to let you know that my dh LOVED the soup. I had to change it a bit to what I had on hand...I added mushrooms and some diced celery and zucchini...added some cabbage to it too. He loved it and I did too.
