My job requires me to travel a lot. They are almost always day trips to different cities here in South Korea. The places I go to have little choice besides fast food or greasy pub like food. I cannot eat Korean food right now because of the salt content. Do any of you have a meal replacement bar or shake suggestion I could get online that would be ok? I get US mail so shipping is not a problem. I am suffering from High Blood Pressure and have just started medication so I need not much salt. I also want to keep the sugar low.
My absolutely FAVORITE protein/meal replacement bars are the quest brands. They are made to be stuck in the microwave for 20s and eaten warm. The Chocolate Brownie and Apple Pie ones are DELICIOUS. You can buy them on amazon.
