Default IPHONE APP for Running

There is an app for that... hahahaha called 5K Runner. Its free and so easy to use on the treadmill or when you are out running. Starts in baby steps. Run 1 minute walk 1.5 for 25 minutes the first day. YOU CAN DO IT!

I like mini goals, they are very helpful to me.

It's always nice to shrink, but I don't have any clothes or events to motivate me (yet).

Mini-goal #1:
116 Kilograms

This weight will move me from the "morbidly obese" classification into "obese" classification

Mini-goal #2:
99 kilos

The metric equivalent of the imperial 'one-derland' and I will have lost 100lbs!

Mini-goal #3:
86 kilograms

From "obese" to merely "overweight"!

Conversion is a pain, but I'm an American living in Europe, so imperial/metric conversion has had to become second nature.

I have been thinking of mini goals for a little bit.

One is to fit in my size 18 cloths.

Another would be to be down to 220 which is how much I weighted after my 2nd daughter was born. So 19 more pounds to go. Maybe I could do this by the end of September.

Then underland would be so awesome. That would be 49 more pounds to go.

I want to be able to fit into my formal clothes for the Melbourne Cup party in November. I've got about 6 weeks to lose a dress size.

my mini-goal is to get to 170, out of obese to just overweight.

my mini-mini goal is to get below 180, I like to shoot for the next lower mark in increments of 5, 190, 185, etc.

best to all

I have a dufflebag full of clothes that fit me at 230- I want to get back in them again! Most are just a little too tight for me now.

I wanted to lose 10 pounds by 10/2/12, before I go to San Diego. I set that goal in July. I have one pound to go! It's been a struggle.

My next goal after that is to be a normal BMI by Thanksgiving (149).

My first mini goal is to be in the 230's by Thanksgiving. Past that, I can't even fathom right now!

Hmmmm...let's see. To loose at least 25 lbs. by Christmas/NewYears. More would be awesome. That is my first real goal.
Goal #2: To loose at least 50 lbs. by my 24th wedding anniversary, April 1st.

I need to loose 100 lbs. Once I reach it, I'm not sure what I'm going to do to celebrate. I know that my hubby would love to go back to Disneyland. We shall see! :-)
