Default 40 Day Countdown Challenge for Smallsteps!!
I am taking a trip to Daytona Beach, Florida 40 Days from now (September 19-25), for some much needed rest, relaxation and to clear my head. I can't tell you the last time I actually took a vacation much less alone! I am also going to have to FLY there and back which is a big fear/challenge for me.

I have two goals I would like to accomplish in these 40 Days.

Goal One: Lose 15 pounds (Starting Weight 243.2) (Goal Weight 228.2)
Goal Two: No Pepsi for the next 40 days.

I will update this thread often the next 40 days with all my accomplishment, struggles, and frustrations!!

Wow, we're nearly the same weight right now! While I'm not going on vacation I hope we can reach our goals together.

Good luck to you! I'm going to Disney in the middle of Sept and I really hope I drop 10 more before then. Enjoy your vacation!!

Wow! great goals and they are also achievable I am a Pepsi addict and have not had one in almost a week so I know how that can be but if you get through the first few days it becomes a lot easier. Keep up the great work it seems that you have done great so far... congrats.

I have not had a soda in the past 9 days!! Yayyy

As for my weight it isn't going as well TOM throwed me off track but I still have 30 days to work on it!!!

Bad news I have gained 3.6 pounds. So now I will be losing 18.6 pounds
