So for the last week I've been working out differently then I have been. I joined a gym instead ow justifying the time I attempt to put in at home with the kids all around screaming and hungry and laundry that needs to get done ect... So I've been going at 4.30 am until about 6.15
pr 6.30. I can feel that my thighs are not as jiggly and my stomach is still fluffy but smoother: I haven't lost a pound which I expected but my stOmach seems to be closer to the steering wheel then it had been. My husband says everyone's body Changez and fluxuates and I agree but we've been eating better over the last yr and the only thing changing for me is a gym work out. So my does my stomach feel closer to the steering wheel?!
