Talking Ran five miles today

How's that for a NSV???

I wasn't planning to, but I just kept going and wanted to beat my personal best of 4 miles. I was slow, a sad 12:15 minutes per mile, but I don't care. I did it!

Next goal is to do 5 under 60 minutes. I seem to do well when I have a challenge in front of me.

Never did I think I could run five miles, but I did. Feeling quite proud right now

I don't think I could even manage one, so that's incredibly impressive!

I track speed by mph, so I am having a hard time translating this in my too-lazy - to - look - it - up state, but that's a decent pace for 5 miles, I think. Regardless, CONGRATULATIONS!

That's great. Congratulations! All I've been able to manage so far is 5K (just over 3 miles). I'm also very slow. I'm aiming for a 35-minute time in an upcoming 5K race I signed up for.
