Default As of today, I've lost 30 pounds.

I never expected this to be a "mini goal" but the feeling I had this morning was above and beyond anything I've felt in a long time. I had no idea what a huge difference 30 pounds could do and I'm so glad I've lost it forever. My clothes fit so much better, I actually stop and look in the mirror rather than avoiding them completely. Picking out an outfit is so exciting instead of dreading what to wear.
I LOVE people asking me, "have you lost weight?" And I love the stares I get from people who rather not ask me if I've lost weight (What? Do they think I'd get offended?!). There isn't a single thing I dislike about the 30 pounds I've lost. I'm stronger! Hotter! Happier! Healthier!

I just know that if there is someone out there starting this journey, they will wake up one day with this feeling. And I can't wait for that to happen!

Yay! Congrats!

How funny though- I just stepped on the scale 10 minutes ago to find that I had finally hit the 30 pound mark!

I think 30 pounds is impressive at any size! You still worked hard to get it off so it counts just as much.

I do feel quite different lol. But this is the weight I was when I graduated high school (3 years ago) so I think I'll feel even more amazing once I'm lower than that.

30 lbs is REALLY impressive at any size - it takes so much work to lose weight and stick to it! Congrats to both of you.
