I can't believe I've made it half a year! I first got motivated from joining some of the challenges on here, especially the 90 day exercise challenges. Fitness wise I've gone from only being able to hike uphill at low elevations at .7mph to hiking uphill at elevations over 9000ft at 2mph. I went from doing 1000min of exercise per month to 3000! I can do all these awesome activities I never could before like kayaking and I can pretty much swim a mile non stop. For rock climbing I've gone from only being able to do some short 5.4's to doing long 5.8's. Endurance wise I can hike 30 miles in 4 days.
Body wise I've lost 20lbs, 17inches, and have gone from a size 14 to 8
I'm just so happy I found this wonderful community and can't wait to see what the next 6 months brings!
