I am a senior in college who gained about 20lb the past few terms. I am hoping to lose 10 lb the month of August. Then perhaps 5 in september and 5 in october...
I'm in it's been a while since I've been apart of a challenge. I'm shooting for 15 lbs.

What plan is everyone doing?
For most of my dieting life I've done low carb and have dabbled in calorie counting have had success on both. Low carb keeps the hunger at bay but I tend to get bored. Calorie counting works also but then I get a little loose on my choices and end up with too much sugar which leads to acne break outs and cravings.
So I think I'll monitor portions and added sugar..... we'll see.
I'd like to join as well...my goal is to lose 7lbs this month! I've been doing Weight Watchers but also tracking calories. I've been struggling latetly, so have decided to do calorie counting and attempt to limit (not eliminate though!) carbs. I love Weight Watchers and had success on it in the past, but it's time for a change.
I would like to do this. I really need some motivation. I am so tired of fighting this battle alone. I'm not a new member to these boards, but I might as well be. Haven't been here in ages.
