Default Insight for me?

Couple quick qs:

Wednesday will mark my 3rd week on IP...

When can I start excersizing agina? Not a lot - just things like yardwork, mowing, walking briskly for 30 mins...?

I goofed a couple times this week and chose (and Im emphasizing chose for accountability purposes!) to have some nuts (couple handfuls)...has anyone noticed a set back from that type of thing? Im just nervous about my WI...not going to make going off plan a habit!

Also, is there truth to what Ive heard - that by not consuming proper water, it will prevent you losing?

I was told that you can start light excercise three weeks in to the program. You want to stay more on the strength training side of things, not aerobic.

Not sure on the nuts, sorry.

I have found that on the weeks when I drink 160 ounces of water or more I lose a lot more. Everyone is different though.
