Wednesday will mark my 3rd week on IP...
When can I start excersizing agina? Not a lot - just things like yardwork, mowing, walking briskly for 30 mins...?
I goofed a couple times this week and chose (and Im emphasizing
chose for accountability purposes!) to have some nuts (couple handfuls)...has anyone noticed a set back from that type of thing? Im just nervous about my WI...not going to make going off plan a habit!
Also, is there truth to what Ive heard - that by not consuming proper water, it will prevent you losing?
