I totally change my day, I admit it!
I drink more of my water upfront - no water after 3pm (I weigh in at 7). No food after that time either, which means I get my dinner when I get home.
I have a chocolate shake for breakfast at 7, a ready made pudding around 11, a vanilla drink for lunch around 2 and that's it - no salad or other veggies, and no soup or anything that's got added sodium.
The SECOND I step off the scale at weigh in I eat my restricted (usually peanut puffs) and down a huge bottle of water.
Logically I know I shouldn't be this insane about the whole thing but it's a strange coping mechanism and it works for me.
I also pee the minute before I step on the scale and wear the lightest clothing possible.
