Default Ouch! Gas pains from fiber supplements

Hey Carb Fighters!

I have an issue with fiber supplements - terrible gas pains in my stomach
and abdomen. As you know, cutting back on carbs leaves you with a low
fiber intake, so I went the supplement route, to see if that helps my
digestion process. I didn't sleep well at all last night due to the pain it
caused. What can I do about this?
Any thoughts?

Try eating more insoluble fiber rather than soluble (the soluble is most likely what's giving you gas). Throw some wheat bran in your eggs or yogurt. That's an amazing almost pure fiber source.
