Spicy Brown Mustard is a-mazing and works great for egg salad, tuna salad type stuff (tuna patty etc.) and soooo much more You can also make homemade ketchup, or if you'er willing to splurge, heinz makes low sugar ketchup that's only 1g carb per serving (so you can make a burger!) land o lakes makes powdered butter flavor and cheese flavor, also 0/0/0 and allowed (in moderation). Life is full of season, use it!

I might have to try that Heinz.

Check the labels most mustard is fine. Some has sugar. The first thing I do now is read labels. It is a god life skill.

I have never been a mustard eater...but now I love the store brand spicy mustard with horseradish. 0/0/0. So good with olive oil and vinegar for dressings and in stir frys. I agree, add spices to mix things up!

My coach said as long as it's 0/0/0 I can have it. I found a really great dijon that I add to everything and it makes a real difference! Enjoy!

Yes, that store brand spicy brown is great in salad dressings (evoo, ac vinegar, garlic and mustard, s&p) and also in marinades that I dip fish and chicken in. I love the marinade with evoo, soy sauce, mustard, a little lemon, and fresh garlic. On salmon it's divine!

Brown mustard got a thumbs up from my coach, just make sure there isn't any sugar in it.
Enjoy!!! I have become a mustard junkie since starting IP!
