I started this journey out at 460 pounds, that was 10 months ago. I am now 289. You are so not alone, I remember feeling that way when I started, I could not find anyone who was in the 400's.

You are most certainly not alone. I'm 33 and I started at 304lbs I weighed in today at 259.8. I spend most of my time here in the 100 club.

No, you are not alone! I started at 330-335, something like that...lol Down to 313 today... We are all in this together and here to support you!
Are you following a particular plan or just doing your own thing?

Thank you so much... You are making great progress as well, so big pat on your back too! As far as what I have been doing: Calorie Counting, I did only this for the first 100 pounds and then I started adding excersize. Still not real consistant with it but I do move around a whole lot more than I used to. It is much easier now. My biggest piece of advice is to know your "trigger" foods, the ones that you can't just have a little of or the ones that make you crave more junk. Stay away from these, anything else is just fine. This has helped me tremendously!

I'm Laura. I just turned 35 and I started my diet on Father's Day at the starting weight of 330. I've lost 11 pounds so far.
