Default Yves veggie ground???? Phase 1

I've been making my big Mac in a bowl with the yves veggie ground. I like that's it's lighter than meat and it's healthy. Anyone else incorporate this into some meals??? I hope it's okay cause it's Sooo good

I love those too!
Just make sure you are getting enough protein with it.

20 grams of carbs in a portion equvalent to 8 oz of ground beef. In my opinion that is far, FAR too many

Edited to add. I did the math.

8 oz (124 grams) 96/4 ground beef equals 280 calories, 0 carbs, 48 g protein

Yves ground 124 grams equals 224 calories, 20g carb, 40 g protein

less protein, 20 g carbs just doesn't sound IP friendly.

OOO. I agree. Not OP. 20 carbs does not leave room for anything else.
