Breakfast: Chocolate muffins (from chocolate drink mix)
Snack: Cranberry bar
Lunch: Probably chicken soup mix with mushrooms/broccoli mixed in and salad
Dinner: Thinking a steak stir fry and salad
Breakfast: french vanilla rtd shake.
Lunch: french vanilla rtd shake & veggies.
Snack: 1 cup veggies.
Dinner: 1 cup veggies & 8oz protein [not sure what I want lol]

Breakfast 7:15 - IP Herb/Cheese Omelet with 1 c spinach/onions
Lunch 11:40 - IP Broccoli/Cheese Soup, 1 1/4 c veggies
Snack 3:45 - Proti-Diet Bar
Supper 7:30 - 8 oz grd turkey, cabbage rolls (not sure what all will be in them besides grated cauliflower; VIP is making supper)

Today's plan
IP Strawberry wafer with Coffee -- when I saw how many carbs it had I decided to have a sweet start to the day instead
IP Herb & Cheese omelette.. Not sure of the veggies yet, could be Kale or Callaloo , romaine lettuce to get in my potassium
Dinner - Herb rubbed salmon with swiss chard and more lettuce
the swiss chard & kale are abundant in our backyard so I must make every effort to eat it
How are you preparing your greens? I usually love them but I am having a hard time figuring out how to fix them IPish. And herbed salmon sounds delicious. I might just have that myself tonight!

Dinner:??? Maybe salmon, maybe pork loin sauteed with broccoli and leeks.
Oops-almost forgot my snack: frozen wildberry yogurt
I tried rutabaga fries for the first time today. Not to bad, dipped in WF bbq sauce. Liz, do yours get crispy and how? My son tried one without knowing what they were and he spit it out in the garbage LOL.

I am a boring cook so what I do is
chop the greens into small pieces
add garlic and sea salt
sometimes I add Worcestershire sauce
spray a pan with Pam
add greens
simmer with the seasonings until they are tender
