Pumpkin is not allowed that I know of.

The summer squashes are allowed but not others like acorn, spaghetti, etc.

Yeah, I was bummed, too. Especially the spaghetti squash part. But! My grill is happy happy and loaded with grilled summer squash and zucchini. Yea!

Default Veggies not permitted

My info lists squash and pumpkin as not being permitted. Early into the program I asked for clarification as to whether summer (yellow) squash was allowed and was told no, only zucchini.

This is the same thing I was told. I asked specifically about yellow squash because I grow it. I was told "no", only zucchini. That is just as well for me, because I only like it cooked down with a ton of onions, and we cannot have the cooked onions. I'm not sure I would have liked it sans onion anyhow.

I think the real reason pumkin and squash aren't allowed is simply because...I like those things.
