Default RIP my dearest husband Mark
My dear husband Mark died suddenly today. I am devastated and still in shock. They are doing an autopsy to detemime the cause of death.

I first found comfort at 3FC when I posted after our third date that he shared with me that he was a Type 1 diabetic and had already outlived his life expectancy. That was 7 years ago. I cried for three days and continued to date him. He was the love of my life and we just celebrated our third anniversary. As he would say "You knew the job was dangerous when you took it".

I have just started posting again at 3FC and have been doing really well with weight loss. I don't know if I will be continuing to check in for the next few weeks or how this will effect my eating and self care. It is hard to care about anything right now except the loss of my husband.

Oh my this is so hard to read that I can't even imagine how hard it is to live through. We are here if there is anything we can do. Please keep us posted and know that there is a large group of us who are holding you in our thoughts today and in the weeks ahead.
