Talking My FIRST NSV! :D

My weight's been a bit weird lately, and I'm not trusting the scale until Thursday, but today, I measured my waist and hips...Lost two inches off my waist and one inch off my hips! Took almost two weeks. Can you believe that?!?

My waist at my starting point was 32", now it's 30"!!! My hips were at 40", now 39"!

I'll be honest, I was definitely expecting to see my weight to go down before my measurements, but now I'm seeing the importance of measuring and it's definitely great!

Also:

I started weight lifting yesterday since it was recommended, and I absolutely LOVE it! It's addicting! I mean, I'm a bit sore on my chest (strangely not my arms?) but I'll take it since my two weeks of working out are starting to shine!

YAHOO! Definitely looking forward to more NSVs!

Whoo-hoo!!! That is great! I really miss lifting. Can't wait until I'm 100% then I can get back to it! It sure does a body good (as long as you're doing it right! heh.)

The only problem with lifting at Planet Fitness is that there about 500 guys there hogging everything. :P I need to get there earlier.
