How do you make ice cream? Do you just freeze it?

You can make IP ice cream using the drink mix, pudding packets, or RTDs (probably Wildberry yogurt as well), I also know folks have made them using the EAS Carb Control RTD (if you use alternatives).

I put my RTD in a sealed sandwich bag (make sure it is SEALED TIGHT!). Then got a larger freezer bag, filled it half way with ice and 1/2 cup salt, put the RTD sandwich bag inside that - sealed up the larger ice+salt bag up TIGHT and shook it for ~5-8 minutes. You need pot holders because it gets COLD. I have an ice cream machine that churns & freezes I may try using, and I know some folks have just straight frozen their stuff before. I am a chocoholic and have a taste for salted caramel, so last night was a DREAM come true!
