Incredibly helpful! Now I just have to find that exercise tape website (who posted that once?) and check them out.

While I love going to the gym for aerobics and weight lifting, I need to do something in the or afternoon at home when I don't feel like driving to the gym. Some of these tapes would be perfect!

They have sixty second previews of most of those workouts. They also have reviews.

Also check videofitness.com for reviews.

i said half.com which is a cheap site that works with ebay. except you can just buy them, not bid.
