Default Ideal Protein Summer Challenge

Up for the next Challenge?
Hope I've got the link correct.

Put your weight in from your weigh in "this week", which started Monday, June 25.

Starting with weigh in on Monday, July 2 thru July 8, start entering your lbs lost.

Don't worry about alphabetizing, just add your name to the list and I'll alphabetize periodically (or anyone else can).

Tammywhiz...just click on the summer challenge tab. It did open on the spring but the summer is there as well.

ok I am not computer friendly ..were do i put info to start for summer challenge?? please walk me thru it or if someone can do it for me that would be great!

I can remove the tab with the Spring Challenge.
Just didn't want to do it until the end of this week.
I hope Wuv will chime in if it is OK to delete it, since she created that one.

Just beginning with week 3 and had a hard few days. Need advice, for extreme weakness/exhaustion...my blood pressure is excellent...any suggestions?

That's why I didn't want to delete it yet!
There is a template on one of the tabs, so I just left it in the same workbook.
It was pushing my google skills over the limit to put it into a new wookbook.

I put my stuff all in the wrong weeks I think, and ran out of room to enter this weeks weigh in.

I was going to add one more week to the Spring Challenge, but wanted the new one to run from July 4th ish to Labor Day, so I left the Spring Challenge alone.

Please dont delete or alter the current Spring Challenge! The entire point of having a challenge is to stay motivated through to the very "end" of the challenge, then celebrate how we did as individuals and as a group!!
