Glad to see you guys are still trucking along in the 140's with me! Sarah - you're so close, keeping pushing. I still haven't recovered from Memorial Day weekend, despite watching what I eat pretty closely - 145.8 this morning.
I've been in the 140's since I started on the 1st. (Currently 142lbs) But I'm ready to get out of them. Now if the pounds would drop, that would help me a lot!
I've been stuck at 144.6 for the past 3-4 days (weight's been really stable), which is a bit disappointing, but I sort of expected it after losing over 3 pounds last week.
I just found this new thread. My last weigh-in was last Friday at 144.4. Today, I weighed in at 144. It was the TOM for me and I refused to weigh myself during that time. I didn't want to get discouraged and lose my motivation to keep exercising and eating healthy. Glad to have some type of weight loss.
It looks like everyone is doing good and good luck to getting into the 130's.
I hope to be in the 130s soon, but i don't want to push my luck. I'm pretty happy just to be as low as i am: i was 141.5 today. If i do get to the 130s i want to STAY there, so i want to get there slooooowly.
