Default Complex Multiloculated Cystic Structure

I've been having pain in my lower back since the end of March and within the past two weeks I was having a little pain in my pelvic area which went away and just feels like a dull heavy feeling. I went to the er on Saturday after finding blood in my stool late Friday night. They ran a bunch of tests as well a pelvic and transvaginal ultrasound. The er doctor sent me home and said nothing was wrong. I asked if I had any cysts or fibroids and he said no. When I got home I read my discharge papers and it said they seen a complex multiloculated cystic structure by my right ovary. I am so confused as to what this is.

I was never diagnosed with PCOs but I have many of the symptoms and my gyno has never found a cyst before but he also doesn't seem to be too reliable. I am switching to a new dr and have an appt tomorrow morning. I was wondering if anyone has ever had this type of cyst?

I haven't had that. But I wanted to give you a support while you are sorting it all out with the docs.

Hang in there!

A.
