Default What are your essential diet foods?

For me:

1. Baked chicken, marinated in Dale's seasoning sauce (not really a "sauce" -
more the consistency of A1 steak sauce). Yum!
2. Grilled talapia. I get packs of it really cheap at Walmart.
3. Steamed broccoli with parmesian cheese sprinkled on.
4. York Peppermint Patties. A nice sweet treat at only 140 calories each. I
get a box of them at Sam's Club for about $18.00.

Oh yeah - a 7-11 apple fritter every morning for breakfast. They're 400 calories, but all that bread and sugar keeps me until lunch. And I stay under 1600 calories a day. It's my yummy treat!

Also, Pop-Secret butter-flavored popcorn. 100 calories per bag, and after it's done I spray it with butter-flavored Pam and add salt. Gives it that real buttery-flavor.

- avocados
- fun size candy (usually kit kats)
- almond milk

The fun size candy bars have really kept my chocolate binging in check. As long as I know I can have a little bit, I don't go insane.
