Are you taking the supplements? Particularly the cal-mag supplement? Magnesium really promotes restful sleep.

Thanks for the replies! I feel better knowing others are going through it too and it's not another reason for the lack of sleep. I am taking my cal mag and have added a benadryl to help with sleep coming but midnight roles around and I want to sleep but can't. Weighing in today.. maybe I'll have a chance to ask the coach. ( she hurries us in and out quickly)

I've always been a person that has restless sleeps until I found this product. Its by Webber Naturals and its called Super Sleep. Every since starting to take it, I fall asleep faster, sleep through the night and/or if I happen to wake up in the middle of the night, its easier to fall back to sleep. I've recommended this to many people and they have all agreed it works.

I usually have a mini-insomnia state right before tom, not sure if maybe extra estrogen may have exasperated it.

I was just going to say the same thing LizRR, I am just starting and have had problems sleeping for two nights now. I hope it evens out and I get more sleep tonight. I am starting to feel shaky and weak from it.

In addition to the Natura Cal-Mag supplements, I use something called "Natural Calm" which is additional magnesium citrate. I had already been diagnosed as being magnesium deficient before starting IP, so I have continued to take this in addition to the Natura supplements. I take the raspberry-lemon flavor, and it is reasonably priced on Amazon.

Have you tried baking cookies?

It's fun and it works well. Even if it doesn't it's fun.

I have found that getting up for a little while helps because trying to make myself fall asleep can be frustrating and keeps me awake. Do soothing things before bedtime. No TV/Computer is one thing I know I've read.

I was just logging in to ask if anyone else has problems sleeping. I find I have so much energy that I can't get to sleep!! I am taking all my vitamins too.

I think I'm going to start taking Melatonin to see if it helps.
