There is a Calorie Counting forum which is pretty much for people like us who aren't on WW, Ideal Protein, Atkins, Dukan, South Beach, etc etc etc.

Confidentially (to you and the other thousand people on this board) I think Calorie Counting is the easiest. Very difficult to screw up unless you consistently eat more calories than you should.
It's about commitment, not motivation.
