My weight loss target for May was to lose 5% of my starting weight, which amounts to 11 pounds. I've lost 10 so far but I don't feel confident about this week. We shall see on Sunday

I had a horrible month, I am developing some real food "issues" that need to be sorted out.
I started the month at 143, went down to 142 and by May 17 was up to 146.6, where I have remained. So that is a GAIN of 3.6 lbs in one month (or 4.6 if I count from May 3). In my wildest dreams I couldn't LOSE 3.6 lbs in a month...
Thanks Emma. I am shooting for a pound a week until goal. Granted some weeks it takes me two weeks. I am in a healthy weight range and feel good. You are pretty tall too 146 seems healthy to me. I had some issues with nuts, found myself taking the bag and going to town. So this week I am only going to use pistachios, I am in control with them. Remember it's a new month, but any day can be a new beginning. Hang in there
Thanks Emma! I actually peeked at the scale today because I had a horrible night with a friend and was feeling really down so I figured, let me get on the scale now and continue my bad mood and get it over with. I was actually down 2 more pounds!! Of course it doesn't officially count until Sunday but woo hoo... turned my frown upside down. The friend and I talked today and worked out our misunderstanding as well so HAPPY DAY!
