Welcome to the May daily weigh-in thread! Here we weigh in daily and talk about what's happening on the scale. I wouldn't recommend sensitive weighers to join this challenge, as the fluctuations on the scale can be a bit crazy - but all in all I think it's a great way to chart progress.
To join simply post in the thread your official 'May daily weigh-in post' and then go back to this master post to edit your daily weights each day. You then use this post and copy the url to your signature (all details on how to do this below) and then voila! I think this way offers the thread to be more open to conversation and we can support each others progress!
To do this follow these simple steps:
Post in the thread your main post, the layout of it is entirely up to you. Some people like to put all the dates first, others like to add as they go along, some of us get a bit crazy with colours! It's all up to you how you do it. But either way, find your post and in the top right corner of your post there is a number, click on it!
You will be taken to the url of just your post. Fancy. Copy the url from this page.
Go to your User CP and to the Edit Signature section and in your little shiny box enter this code (without the spaces) [ url = (link) ] My Weigh In Post [ / url ]. You can see an example below, whatever you want to call it is up to you, as long as it's obvious what it is!
In this example I obviously didn't try and make it fit in with my signature, but you can see the result!
And that's it!

Last month was the first time i tried doing a daily weigh and recording it. Wow..insightful and amazing. and April was a good month for me. Here's to May being just as well!!

Ok, so I was on this board for like 5 months and then I dropped off the face of the planet. So I'm hopping back on, and I am absolutely positive I'm going to do this, and do it well. So here goes:

Hi everyone! I did pretty well in April and weighed daily but didn't write it down so my goal this month is to enter my weight every day, and get to 130.
I'm not consistent with weighing, but I like posting here on weigh in days (especially good ones) - it's nice to have a place to record it all and tell others
