Default I need help

I need help finding ways to buy Ideal Protein foods for cheaper. I'm young and was told by a doctor I need to lose 70+ lbs as soon as possible. I want to try this diet cause I know a lot of people who have lost a bunch of weight.

Alternatives are the way to go for cheap IP approved food! Nashua Nutrition, and netrition are good sources.

The thread for alternatives seems to have been pushed back a page or two. I will bump it for you, skateranne.

I do not do alternatives - YET, but after seeing others here having success with them, I plan on gradually switching over. Your best bet for starting soon (without having to order with Nashua) is to purchase EAS shakes and Pure Protein bars. These are available at Walmart and most grocery stores and average about 1/2 to 1/3 the cost of Ideal Protein products. Some people here have used these two products exclusively and have had weight loss equal to those using strictly Ideal Protein products.

Good luck to you!
